As a Solution Delivery Consultant, you will hold a key role in advising our clients on how to implement, use and get value from CAST products. You will be evolving in an exciting international environment across many industries and sectors ranging from Cloud providers like AWS, Google Cloud, Azure; Big Consulting & SI firms and different private and public sectors and administration like Finance (Private Equity, Banks Insurance…), Supply Chain, Industry conglomerates etc.

What will you do

  • Understand customer context, objectives and priorities
  • Design, operate, and integrate CAST solutions in client environment
  • Provide coaching and best practices for CAST implementation, operation and usage
  • Become trusted expert and advise our clients on how to leverage outcomes and insights in relevant scenarios and use-cases like Cloud Migration and Application Modernization, Software Delivery Efficiency, Tech Due Diligence, Portfolio Control Tower etc.
  • Use automation to streamline clients operations, processes, architecture and delivery governance
  • Manage multiple stakeholder engagements and work with relevant team members to learn project requirements, facilitate process and technical analysis sessions, and develop technology solutions
  • Identify project issues and risks, and present alternatives for alleviating or resolving them
  • Organize training & coaching sessions to enable our customers to operate CAST platform and use analytics

What defines you

  • After at least 4 years of software experience as technical consultant, developer or architect, you still want to work in a technical environment while taking a step back and helping our customers to improve their practices
  • You have solid experience in complex software development lifecycle processes with deep understanding in software architecture / engineering and metrics state of the art and standards
  • You have a practical knowledge of at least one of the following technologies: J2EE, .Net, Mainframe, C/C++, RDBMS technologies and their SQL languages.
  • With good communication skills, you are comfortable to exchange with technical leads and software architects
  • You like challenges and you are not afraid to work in a multi-technology environment, including technologies that you do not know yet
  • You don’t like routine, and enjoy working on various assignments and subjects
  • You see working closely with sales & business leaders as an opportunity to develop your skills
  • University technical bachelor’s degree is a must, university master a plus
  • You are fluent in German and English. Depending on missions, you are willing to travel in Germany, Europe or the US
